Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Returned items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and are not responsible for items lost in return transit.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment
  • Refunds are issued for the product price only
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
